Who We Are

Where do we start? Let's begin with what we believe.

Business economics. Unit margins. The difference between a brand that looks good and a brand that sells well. Spreadsheets that actually mean something. Conversations that go past "what's the deliverable" into "what's the outcome." Founders who've bet everything on one idea. The moment a stalled brand finally finds its growth engine. Coffee, obviously — most good strategy sessions run on it.

Does that give you a fair idea?

When we get into our zone, we stop thinking like an agency and start thinking like the business itself. We're not vendors ticking off a service brief — we're a team of growth-obsessed problem solvers who happen to be excellent at marketing, operations, branding and everything in between. Give us a business, offline or online, stuck or scaling, and we'll find where the friction is. That's the part we actually enjoy.

We don't aim to acquire clients. We build partnerships. Caring about your business the way we care about our own — that's not a tagline for us, it's the only way we know how to work.

A few things about us, for starters:

We were built on a simple, slightly stubborn belief — that most businesses don't fail because of a bad product. They fail because strategy, brand, acquisition, retention and operations get built in the wrong order, by the wrong mix of vendors, with nobody looking at the whole picture.

So we built DiggB to be the whole picture.

What began as a handful of people who were tired of watching good businesses get bad advice turned into a consulting practice with a five-phase spine — Strategy & Validation, Brand & Infrastructure, Acquisition & Revenue, Retention & Growth, and Scale & Expansion. Not because frameworks are trendy, but because skipping a stage is usually where growth quietly breaks.

We've sat with manufacturers who've never sold a single unit online. We've sat with D2C founders three years in, wondering why their CAC keeps climbing despite doing "everything right." Different starting points, same underlying question: is anyone actually looking at my business as a whole system?

That's the gap we exist to close.

How we think about the work

Marketing, done properly, is never just marketing. It's your market, your consumer, and your business's own numbers — built on top of each other. We don't start with a campaign idea. We start with your economics and your voice, then build.

We treat your business like it's ours: on-time delivery, full transparency, and commitment that doesn't end when a deliverable ships.

What we stand for

Transparency, always.

With our partners, and with each other. No black boxes, no vanity metrics dressed up as wins.

Constant learning.

The market moves. We move faster, or we don't stay useful.

Curiosity over comfort.

We'd rather chase the harder, better answer than settle for the obvious one.

Respect for every business.

A first-time manufacturer going online gets the same rigor as an established retail brand scaling into new markets.

Commitment that shows up.

Hard work, loyalty, and follow-through — the unglamorous stuff that actually moves the needle.

The people behind it

We're a closely-knit team of strategists, brand builders, performance marketers and operations thinkers — the kind of people who get genuinely excited by a hard growth problem. Algorithm-savvy, analytically minded, and unwilling to settle for a solution that's merely "fine." Our size lets us stay hands-on. Our range lets us cover the whole journey, from a business's very first online sale to its expansion into new markets.

Every person on this team is encouraged to push, question, and bring their own angle to a client's problem — because the best growth strategies rarely come from one point of view.

LET'S TALK

How we think about the work

If you've got a business that deserves more than a service brief and a monthly report — we'd love to talk.
